How to open an account: what should I do?

At www.i-bank.us you can enter the section Products, select your prefered account and complete the corresponding collections. Opening funds must be sent to info@i-bank.us Once we  have the information, one of our executives will contact you.

Once I have filled the forms, whom do I send them to?

How long does it take to open my account?

Between 48 to 72 hours after receiving all documentation.

What is the minimum amount I need to open an account?

Depending on the account type, from USD 1,000.

By sending an email to your business executive requesting activation of the credit card, by calling phone number +17864621058 or info@i-bank.us.

What is the credit limit I will have on my credit card?

Depending on the amount of the guarantee; minimum amount of USD 1,000.

What type of credit card is it?

MasterCard.

How can I consult my credit card activity?

You will receive an email with your monthly statement.

What are the interest rates paid for the deposits in the accounts?

Every account has its own conditions and characteristics. We invite you to communicate with your account executive so we can guide you according to your needs.

Can I see my bank account online?

Yes. You can have 24/7 access to your bank balance from the section  My Account > iBank  on our website. Username and Password are necessary and they will be given to you when your account is opened. 

How do I mobilize my money?

By wire transfers thru our virtual bank www.i-bank.us or by making use of your Credit Card.

Can I open an account being a minor?

You can be a co-owner or beneficiary in an account being a minor.

At what age can I benefit from a credit card?

From 14 years old on.

How long will it take for me to receive a credit card?

Between 15 to 20 business days.

Will I obtain interest income with my iBank account?

Yes, the accounts that generate interest rates are: Savings, iAccount, CD and TD.

Can I withdraw money from an ATM?

Yes.

No, but nevertheless, you can request increase in your line of credit through your business executive.

How do I pay for my credit card?
